Mr. Blackley serves as the Chief Technology Officer for Maple Technologies. With more than a decade of insurance-related software development experience, Mr. Blackley is a core member of the Maple Technologies development team. Shortly after his matriculation at Monmouth University's school of Business Administration, he entered the insurance arena through his employment with a New Jersey-based insurance underwriter. He was promoted quickly within the organization, and, during his tenure, eventually served as the company's Assistant Operations Officer. His duties gained him experience with insurance technology infrastructure, insurance underwriting and accounting, loss cost and loss experience triangulation development and analysis, rate adequacy analysis, and retail insurance management. For the past several years, he has been the principal developer behind Maple's proprietary insurance information system product, Aspire, and continues to advance its technology while overseeing all aspects of its development.

Mr. Blackley has also provided consulting services to companies like Lexington Insurance Company and A.I. Risk.
